UCF is a great school with a large campus and student population but I give them credit on creating so many programs that bring students together whether it be student government or "Late Knights" a program once a monthh open to all students to come and have fun.
In terms of instruction and rigor, UCF’s online courses are taught by the same instructors who teach in-person courses. Many online courses are blended with online degree students and in-person degree students. This structure helps to ensure that you receive the same quality education regardless of how you choose your degree experience.
UCF is extremely safe. Never had any issues or know anyone who has had issues. As for fun, there are plenty of events and campus organizations doing stuff. Smart? That's debatable... it really depends on which college you get in to. As for a party ghetto school, no this is not that. UCF is not IVY league worthy, but it's not some ghetto hometown school.
