Does the Coast Guard need recruits??

Yes we need recruits. The other reason for the waitlist is that not everyone is hopping to join the Coast Guard. So there's a waiting period until the "company" is at a sustainable size. My group started out with 100+ people. Graduation day we only had 30ish people.
